Wesley and Kimberly founded Weberly Properties to buy, renovate, and bring new life to older homes across the Triangle and surrounding areas. We focus on house flipping and furnished rentals, turning tired properties into well-designed, move-in-ready homes where a new family can feel right at home.
Wesley spent 25 years in IT as a network engineer and 17 years running a youth baseball tournament business. He brings that same planning, problem-solving, and care for people to every project. Kimberly ran her own cleaning business for more than 25 years and worked closely with realtors and their clients, so she knows what makes a house truly ready for the people moving in.
Now semi-retired, we’ve put that experience into Weberly Properties. To us, “Buying houses, making homes” means exactly that.
